ChantUp is a movement-driven social platform where users come to speak, chant, create, buy, sell, advocate, and connect.
By accessing or using ChantUp (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use ChantUp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ChantUp.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in:

• Marketplace selling

• Creator monetization

• Financial transactions

• Wallet withdrawals

By using the Platform, you confirm you meet these requirements and provide accurate information.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity on your account

• Ensuring your information is accurate and lawful

ChantUp may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Break our rules

• Engage in fraud or harmful behavior

• Violate local or international laws

• Endanger the community

4. Your Content & Rights

You own the content you create (“Chants,” posts, photos, videos, products, listings, etc.).

By posting on ChantUp, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Display your content

• Distribute it across the Platform

• Promote it within ChantUp for visibility and discovery

You may delete your content at any time.
Deleting content does not affect actions already taken by other users (e.g., shares, comments).

5. Community Expectations

ChantUp is built for expression, advocacy, and positive impact.
We do not allow:

• Hate speech or harassment

• Violence or threats

• Sexual exploitation

• Fraud, scams, or misleading content

• Copyright violations

• Illegal goods or activities

• Misuse of the marketplace

We may remove content or restrict access when these rules are violated.

6. Marketplace & Commerce

ChantUp Marketplace allows users to buy, sell, resell, and dropship goods.
By participating, you agree that:

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings

• Buyers are responsible for verifying and reviewing purchases

• ChantUp is not the seller of third-party goods

• Payments may be held in escrow until order confirmation

• Wallet balances must follow our financial compliance rules

ChantUp may charge fees, commissions, or service charges as updated from time to time.

7. ChantUp Wallet & Payments

ChantUp Wallet is a digital payment tool to support:

• Marketplace transactions

• Creator earnings

• Dropshipping

• Tips

• Payouts

We reserve the right to:

• Request identity verification (KYC)

• Freeze or limit accounts suspected of fraudulent activity

• Reverse or hold transactions when necessary

• Comply with law enforcement and regulatory obligations

8. Intellectual Property

All ChantUp trademarks, logos, design elements, and platform technology are owned by ChantUp.
You may not copy, imitate, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Illegal activity

• Repeated violations

• Abusive behavior

• Attempting to compromise platform security

You may delete your account at any time.
Some data may remain in backups or compliance records.

10. Disclaimer

ChantUp is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service

• error-free performance

• complete accuracy of content posted by users

You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChantUp is not responsible for:

• Loss of data

• Financial losses

• Marketplace disputes

• Unauthorized access

• User-generated content

• Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to ChantUp in the last 12 months.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

• law

• product functionality

• business practices

Continued use of ChantUp means you accept the updated Terms.
