A stakeholder is one or a group of people who a project is directly or indirectly affects. It could be the team members, end users, sponsors etc.

Sometimes I wonder, is there any job or project that doesn't have a breakdown structure?
Then I realized that even in the domestic angle we need a breakdown structure. What then is this breakdown structure?
A work breakdown structure is a the blueprint of the project. It outlines all the work needed in a hierarchical structure focusing on what needs to be done.
