I provide FBOs with first-hand information on how to develop and improve their food service operations as it relates to individual and community health, proffering solutions to the issue of product adulteration and food-borne illnesses currently ravaging the food & health sectors in Nigeria.

I help adolescents, convalescents and the elderly in their diet and healthy-eating journey. I specialise in everything food, and not limited to diet modification, diet therapy and personalized meal plans.
