Islamiyat got Ph.D Scholarship offers from Florida State University, the University of Massachusetts, the University of Kansas, the University of Kentucky, the University of North Texas, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Marquette University in Wisconsin.
Islamiyat opted for the PhD Scholarship to study Chemistry at Florida State University, United States.
Despite the discrimination against HND in Nigeria, Islamiyat was able to break the barriers.
