Good morning potential PM/BA , this is a new week, a fresh week for fresh knowledge, ample time to go over our class videos over and over again to let it stick. What I've gain and what I've made to become my most priority now is to become a good Project Manager. What makes you a good Project Manager from my study and what I'm going with is a Good Project Manger is the ability to manage RISK. You might have your own opinion, but I'm going with this one, every thing centers at RISK in a project and when you're able to manage it, you're too good.
