It's been 3 weeks of intensive lectures and practical experience on On demand IT skills, and project management. It's really been challenging but interesting because with this week's back to back lectures I have been able to familiarize my self with interesting software such as Husbot very interesting software to use for team management effective communication, task management, automation, data security. Intercom Freshdensk Zendensk , this three has one time in commons, the are user friendly and has basic user features, communication and task management. Slack, an internal communication tool that is very sweet to navigate . This are but few among the many things and tools I have learnt in 9classes and many more ahead.. Project management on the other hand has been insightful, learning how to manage a team, what it entails to manage a project successfully, document needed and tool tools to manage a project, this has been really am insightful journey so far, and you can only get this value when you are part of Digital Witch community and Digital Technology Business Digital Technology Business School,. And this morning Alx accepted me into there 2months intensive Virtual assistant training, Coursera also gave me financial aid to participate in there IT Technical support training. Success doesn't come easily or without effort. It requires dedication, hard work, and perseverance. Overcoming challenges and staying focused on your goals are key components in achieving success.
