    Why Rest Matters:

    Health and Productivity: Regular rest is essential for maintaining our health and productivity. Without it, we risk serious health issues and decreased effectiveness in our work.
    Sustainable Work Environment: Ensuring that our land, animals, and staff also get rest keeps everything rejuvenated and efficient.
    To Employers:

    Create shift systems for 24/7 jobs to ensure your workers are not overworked. No matter the health insurance you provide, overworking employees is detrimental to their well-being.
    To Employees:

    Use your off days and leave to truly rest. These days aren't meant for extra business or endless partying. Prioritize rest to recharge and maintain your health.
    Work hard, but remember to rest well. Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you.
